Seeking a full-time AM/FM Radio Broadcast Engineer to join our team. Our facilities are well-maintained and have been under the care of a retiring chief engineer who will offer training and mentorship to the successful candidate. Our group of 10 privately owned radio stations has been operating in Mid-Michigan since 1962 and we are looking for an experienced broadcast engineer to help us continue our legacy of quality programming. Office Locations in Saginaw, Lansing, with tower sites in surrounding areas. Company vehicle avaiable for use when travel is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in broadcast engineering, including a deep understanding of AM/FM radio transmitters, studio equipment, and antenna systems. You should be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing broadcast equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance and repairs. Due to the technical nature of the radio broadcast studios we in addition to engineering expertise are looking for someone who is comfortable with basic computer troubleshooting. This could include tasks such as diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new studios, and ensuring that our studios PC’s connect to the network and are running smoothly.
