Carroll Broadcasting is looking for a Traffic Director to manage their radio station’s traffic system and assist the sales team with processing orders. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling programs, assigning log numbers, and working with production to ensure everything is set for on-air broadcasts. Training will be provided by both Carroll Broadcasting and Marketron, the software Carroll Broadcasting uses for radio billing and scheduling. You’ll work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to help prepare and send out monthly billing statements. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with programmers and production teams to make sure all schedules and program logs are accurate and up-to-date.
This role requires someone who can stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep everything running smoothly. Carroll Broadcasting has been serving Northeast Michigan since 1968. Locally owned and operated, Carroll Broadcasting owns six properties. WKJC FM 104.7 - Tawas City, WIOS AM 1480 & WIOS FM 106.9 - Tawas City, WQLB FM 103.3 - Tawas City, WKJZ FM 94.9 - Alpena, and WTZM FM 106.1, - Tawas City.
