Spanish Language Producer - Speedy Spots

This is not a remote position, you’re needed in our office in Chelsea, MI Monday- Friday, 10am-7pm. Health, Dental and Life insurances and a 401K retirement plan are provided. Paid holidays off, and no weekends. Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Speedy Spots, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Job details include: Process requests for Spanish voice overs by proofreading and timing commercial copy and longer form text (e-learning, phone on hold, etc.), contacting clients and voice talents regarding pronunciation or any other needed information, and ensuring accuracy and quality of the final Spanish voice overs. You’ll be reviewing written text in both Spanish and English. This means you MUST have a strong knowledge of grammar rules and conventions for both languages.

You should be able to tell the difference between text that was translated into Spanish using software and translation done by a human. You are not writing or translating copy, or recording voice overs. This position is a great career start for a bilingual professional. Prior proofreading, translating, and/or audio production experience is a plus, however we strongly believe we can train the right person who meets these requirements:

Requirements (Experience, Education, Etc.):    ·Applicant must be fluent in Spanish and English. ·Be very detail oriented, dependable and have a flexible schedule. · Possess strong time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ·You need to have a good understanding of the nuances between the English and Spanish languages ·You also must have an exceptional work ethic, like working with people and enjoy giving exceptional customer service. ·A strong comfort level with working on a Windows PC
