Lifetime Achievement Nominations Form

A MAB Lifetime Achievement Award nominee must be a Michigan broadcast pioneer, living or posthumously, who has dedicated the majority of his or her professional career to broadcasting in the state of Michigan and has distinguished himself or herself through a lifetime of service as a top manager or owner through excellence in broadcasting in the following: state, national or international industry leadership; service on the MAB, NAB or other industry organizational boards; community involvement; and industry innovation.
