The Creative Services Director at WOOD TV8 is responsible for developing and leading the overall marketing strategy and vision of a dynamic four-station media group, driving brand innovation and creative marketing strategies across linear, digital, and OTT platforms. The CSD is a collaborative leader who can work across all departments to engage and grow audiences. This position requires a visionary thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills who is able to manage multiple projects while leading a first-in- class creative team in a fast-paced environment.
