Director of Engagement/Promotions - Midwest Family (SW Michigan)

Mid-West Family is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Engagement & Promotions Manager to lead our community engagement efforts, station promotions, and sponsorship campaigns. This role works across departments to ensure seamless campaign execution, audience engagement, and client satisfaction—both on-air and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute promotions, sponsorships, and live events
• Collaborate with sales, content, and traffic teams on promotional deliverables
• Maintain campaign trackers, inventory, and promotional calendars
• Design digital and print materials, build online contests, and manage prize fulfillment
• Manage social media content and campaign analytics
• Represent Mid-West Family at events, career fairs, and in the community
• Support on-air talent and help produce sponsored content
• Assist with invoicing, PRFs, and budget tracking

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have experience in marketing, promotions, or community engagement
• Are a confident communicator and multitasker
• Know your way around tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Monday.com, and social platforms
• Love creating memorable audience and client experiences

Bonus if you’ve got:

• On-air, production, or design experience
• A knack for creative problem solving and organization

Compensation: Full Time at $19.25 per hour (x 40 hrs/wk x 52 wks) = $40,040 annually Plus, bonus pool of $4,200 annually Total potential compensation of $44,240

Requirements (Experience, Education, Etc.):    Prefer candidate have minimum of one year experience and Media Promotions and Marketing .
